AURAVOID SPACE and all related games (including Auravoid, Node 77, Project AURA, ERGODOSOMA, and PHANTOM.ENV) are published by AURAVOID LLC under license from ELTAV LLC (Michigan LLC, File No. 28641402). All software, source code, game mechanics, and algorithms are the exclusive proprietary property of ELTAV LLC. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
By accessing or using the AURAVOID SPACE Command Deck portal and its associated games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or play the games.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the portal and play the games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any local authentication states, SSO keychains, or quarter balances stored on your device.
Virtual quarters (GRV Ledger tokens) are used solely for in-game mechanics, simulation steps, and session unlocks. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and do not constitute private property. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and modify virtual items and token balances in our sole discretion.
You agree not to modify the client-side game builds, inject unauthorized scripts, intercept ultrasonic modem data packets, or attempt to artificially manipulate ledger transactions. You agree to use the communication and modem interfaces only for lawful purposes.
THE SERVICE AND ALL GAMES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELTAV LLC AND AURAVOID LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
